2^nd Member (immediate family)                        $20

Senior (60 and up)                                               $20

One access card                                                   $10

 

Nucor                                                                                    $ 10

            Nucor will pay $20 per month for employee but they must attend the gym at least 7 times per month.

 

Hess Pumice                                                                        $0

            Hess Pumice will pay the whole $30 if employee attends at least 10 times per month.

 

Oneida County Hospital

            Oneida County Hospital will pay $10 per month for employee but they must attend the gym at least 10 times per month. 

 

Oneida County School District

           The School District will pay $10 per month for employee, but they must attend the gym at least 10 times per month. 

 

Malt-o-Meal

              Malt-o-Meals insurance will reimburse you $20 a month.  You must contact your insurance to begin with The Gym.
